Derkim Thermal Insulation Plate Adhesive

Description: It is an agglution mortar material with high stability which is used in agglutination of heat insulation boards.

Fields of Usage: It can be used in agglutination of every kind of heat plate implemented on both inside and outside facades.

Application: 25 kg. Derkim thermal insulation plate adhesive is mixed with approximately 6 liters of water with a low-speed mixer until a homogenous mixture has been obtained without any roundish lumps. This mixture is left to settle approximately for 10 minutes and after it is mixed again, it is ready to be used. Dust, dirt, remnants etc. on the surface on which the mortar will be applied should be cleaned. The mixture is put at the back of the insulation board in a way that there will be one heap for each corner and three heaps fort he middle or the agglutination can be made by spreading the mixture with trowel to the edge of insulation board and putting heaps in the middle. According as the weather conditions, 24-36 hours after the agglutination process, plastering can be applied. At least 35-40% percent of the insulating board with the adhesive should be applied at the back of the board.

Cautions and Precautions
